Riyaz with Vilina
Riyaz with Vilina is an inspiring new live session series led by Dr. Vilina, designed to help vocal practitioners build a consistent, effective, and meaningful Riyaz routine. These interactive sessions will be held at regular intervals and are open to participants across all levels — from beginners to advanced.
Each session will focus on a specific aspect of Riyaz, providing structured guidance, techniques, and the space to practise together in a supportive environment. Dr. Vilina will not only guide the practice but will also listen in, offering personalized insights and feedback to deepen your understanding and strengthen your vocal discipline.

About Kharaj Sadhana (Session 1)
The first session in the series will begin with Kharaj Sadhana — a fundamental and powerful practice in Hindustani Classical Music for voice cultivation, vocal strength, stability, breath control, voice resonance and vocal range. Participants will learn the essential steps for effective Kharaj Riyaz, along with tips and nuances to make daily practice more impactful.
This series is for anyone who wants to bring more purpose, consistency, and depth to their Riyaz.
